Empire Snack – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Empire Snack (the "App") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
The developer does not collect, store or share any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no registration and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
2. Game data stored on your device
Your game progress (money, day, unlocked food, settings, bonus timers) is saved only locally on your device. It is never sent to the developer. You can delete it at any time from Manage → Settings → Reset progress, or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob (interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads). To show and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process information such as:
- Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version)
- Ad interactions (ads shown, clicks, completed rewarded videos) and diagnostic data
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by the developer. It may be used to show personalized or non-personalized ads, for frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. Learn more:
4. Your choices and consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) when you first open it. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You may also:
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Change your consent at any time by clearing the App's data and reopening it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data and to object to processing. Because the developer does not hold any personal data about you, requests regarding ad data should be made to Google; you can also contact us at the email above and we will help.
5. In-app purchases
The App contains no in-app purchases. Rewarded videos are optional and only give in-game money or temporary in-game bonuses.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
7. Security
Game data stays on your device. Communication with Google's ad services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
