Privacy Policy – ATHLOS: Track & Field
Last updated: November 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game ATHLOS: Track & Field (the “App”), developed by S. Skourlis – One Man Lab (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store or share any personal information on our own servers. The App has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- Game data stored on your device. The athlete name you type, your chosen country, gender and skin tone, your progress, personal bests, records, medals and settings (language, sound, difficulty) are saved only in the App’s local storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. The athlete name can be any nickname; please do not enter your real full name or other personal information.
- No permissions to your files, contacts, camera, microphone or location. The App only uses an internet connection to load advertisements.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC:
- Rewarded video ads, which you can choose to watch to receive an in-game bonus (+20% performance in your next event).
- Interstitial (full-screen) ads, shown between events.
To deliver, measure and limit the frequency of ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process information from your device, such as:
- the device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID),
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it,
- device model, operating system version, language and app information,
- interactions with ads (for example, ad views and clicks), and diagnostic/crash information related to the ads SDK.
This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Depending on your choices and your region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can learn more about how Google uses information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and read Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Your choices and consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the App.
On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
4. Children
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App itself collects no personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help remove it.
5. Data security and retention
Game data is stored only on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your data. Information processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s own policies.
6. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is no data for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in Android settings. For data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights through Google (see the links above).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
