This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Village Path (the "App"), published on Google Play by One Man Lab ("we", "us"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The App has no user accounts and no sign-in.

Game progress (your saved settlement, settings, language, music preference and play time used for ad timing) is stored only on your device in the App's local storage. It is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC:

  • Rewarded ads, shown only when you choose to watch one (for example, to receive free in-game materials or a new couple of settlers).
  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads, shown at most about once every 40 minutes of gameplay, always after an on-screen warning.

To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process information from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, app version, general location derived from IP, and interactions with ads. This information is collected by Google, not by us. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows a consent message powered by Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time from the in-game menu (Ad privacy settings).

4. Your choices

  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • You can delete all game data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it.

5. Permissions

The App uses only the Internet and network-state permissions. They are needed to load ads. The game itself works offline.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Security

We do not operate servers that receive your data. Data handled by Google is protected under Google's own security practices.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
